1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

• A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization along with instructions.
• Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

Note:
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Exchanges

• Approved exchange products will be dispatched within 4–5 days after the original item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Ensure you share clear photographs of the item and packaging.
A replacement will be processed and shipped within 4–5 days.
