How will I get the refund on cancellation /returns?
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
You will receive the refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment ie. Credit card/ cheque etc. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the returns by us for further processing.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, If the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any). However, once the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur a two-way return shipping costs, which shall be additionally borne by you.
If the item is Shipped:
Kindly email us at [email protected] for any cancellation requests immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.
If the item is not shipped:
If the item is not shipped then you can cancel the order by finding the Cancel option in Order or email us at [email protected].
